INDIANCAMP have been our IT provider for over two years. In the last year they have provided our office setup of workstations and a server that runs our email and file storage.
Importantly, working with INDIANCAMP we created a web based booking system called BOOKIT that our clients use to book our service and we use to coordinate our service. BOOKIT has a unique messaging tool that allows us to communicate through SMS text messages with our external staff (house wardens) and we are able to provide our clients with an exceptional service that has yet to be given any negative feedback.
INDIANCAMP don’t just bring their technical expertise to the table - we knew we had found that “something” we were looking for from our very first meeting, when INDIANCAMP wanted to know about our business and the way we work, not just what we wanted.
By understanding our business needs the INDIANCAMP team have been able to advise us on a strategy for our internal IT requirements and our online business services.
